Terms of use

Last updated 24 October 2026. By using Payfloor you agree to these terms. Payfloor is run by Tanish Anand, a sole trader in Brisbane, Queensland.

General information only

Payfloor's tools give rough estimates based on public information from the Fair Work Commission, the Fair Work Ombudsman, the Australian Taxation Office and the delivery platforms. They are general information. They are not legal, tax, financial or employment advice and don't take your personal circumstances into account.

Check before you act

Before you rely on a result, for example to dispute your pay or lodge a tax return, check it with your platform, the Fair Work Ombudsman (13 13 94) or a registered tax agent. Rules and rates change. We show the date we last checked them, but we can't promise every figure is current or right for you.

Your records

Your shift log is stored on your device and is only as accurate as what you enter. It is not an official record and doesn't replace your platform statements or the records the ATO asks you to keep. Keep your own backups.

Suggestions

Please don't send personal details of other people, offensive content, or account passwords. We may use ideas you send to improve Payfloor, without payment to you.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site, or use automated tools to send it requests. We may block traffic that does.

No affiliation

Payfloor is independent. It is not connected to or endorsed by Uber, DoorDash, the Transport Workers' Union, the Fair Work Commission, the Fair Work Ombudsman or the ATO. Product names belong to their owners.

Liability

Payfloor is provided free and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using Payfloor or relying on its estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
